When we first arrive the front desk staff was friendly and we were able to get check in quickly. However, once we got to our room we had not towels, the floor was filthy, the wall were scuffed. the microwave was filthy, and we only had a half a roll of toilet paper. There was only 1 fork, 2 knifes, and a couple spoons for silverware. We had to go out and purchase a coffee pot, coffee, dish soap. We ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper after about 6hours we finally had to go get them our self. We had to clean the floors ourselves and get toilet paper. The only plus was the fact that it was on the beach and the view from balcony was beautiful. We finally had had enough and cut our vacation short and left a day early. We explained to the front desk we could not do without necessities any longer and are leaving a day early and would like a refund for the night. They told us because we booked from a 3rd party vendor their was nothing they could do. Will not be staying there again. I could go on but why.

The only good thing was is that hotel is right on the beach, rooms were very old, mattresses small and terrible we couldn't sleep. Been asking for towels for 4 days and they never came it's always in the laundry getting washed and not enough towels. I would never stay here again

The entire hotel except lobby looks like a landlord special. Extremely disappointed in our room especially. Look like there was a police action taken against our door. Hotel put it back with extra screws to hold latch in place

Our room had an amazing view but unfortunately, it smelled like the most potent men’s cologne ever. We tried to move rooms but couldn’t so we dealt with that. Additionally, the floors were so incredibly dirty that you can feel the dirt on your feet. Our feet were black after the first 5 minutes and our socks were ruined cause I can’t get the black dirt stains out them after immediately handwashing them. The sof pillow was dirty. The bathroom was decent and the beds were, however we all woke up stuffy so i think there could be bed mites. Thankfully, we stayed one night. This hotspot is way out of price range for the lack of working spaces. The pool was closed due to a toddler defacating in it but no “pool closed” sign no one an

Me ,my three boys my daughter and her friend stayed from Wednesday till Sunday and we had no room service so we had no clean towels and they only have two washing machines working for the facility….. I asked for room service twice but didn’t get it, That will be the only time I would stay when we go on another trip……….

We really enjoyed the Hotel. But the staff when we arrived was very nice and helpful! But the young ladies on the night staff was not friendly at all! And the young lady this morning really wasn’t friendly or helpful at all.. She wasn’t smiling and looking like she was mad at the world. We were there for three days and need towels, after 3 days we got. The around 11 pm after having to ask for the third time!

Lobby was beautiful, very convenient area and great view. NOW, the hotel is very old, the rooms are dated, housekeeping must be a foreign language as we stayed 4 days and didn’t get basic housekeeping services not once. We had to BEG for clean sheets and fresh towels, ROACHES on the patio. Room don’t even have a mirror to take a picture. I dreaded sleeping being that the bed was very uncomfortable and old, parking is scarce. Very first day I asked for clean sheets because I noticed a stain and they never brung them so I went to the desk and asked again and they handed me a set of sheets to make the bed myself. Asked for fresh towels every day and never got them. I literally went to Walmart and brought some. The manager was very apologetic. Front desk person stated the prior shift never related that we needed sheets and towels. Then the evening shift stated the same thing about the morning shift. Very unsatisfactory an unsanitary and It really gave more of a “good motel” than a resort or hotel

It was a good stay for a few nights. We did get to our room and had no towels. We had 4 people in our group. They were quick to give us towels but only provided 3. Another person asked if we received towels because they hadn’t either so maybe it’s just how they do things there? The view is beautiful and in walking distance to a lot of things.
