The staff was nice, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. My only complain is that we didn't have hot water in the shower. We didn't say anything because we didn't find out until the morning of check out and we were planning on going straight home. So we didn't want to mess with it. I would definitely stay here again but I'll be checking to make sure we have hot water upon check in.

The staff was great, especially as my husband inadvertently left his baggage sitting in the lobby as he went to get the car, then forgot to retrieve it and put it in the car! The staff took good care of his belongings until we were able to come and pick themup.

Very noisy neighborhood. Motorcycles kept going up and down the street at all hours of the night The beds seemed smaller than we what we thought we were getting. We had two queen beds- seemed a lot smaller than the queens we have at home. It was close to Century plaza which was great.
