When I checked in, the front desk agent was very friendly and quickly got me set up with a room key. When I went up to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned and the beds weren’t made. I went back downstairs and she was very apologetic, then reassigned me to another room. The second room was better, but there was quite a bit of hair in the restroom. I understand it can be hard to catch every little detail, but this was noticeable. I was only staying one night and usually bring flip-flops to shower in hotels, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. I didn’t try the breakfast since I decided to sleep in, but I did notice housekeeping knocking on my door around 9am even though checkout isn’t until noon.

Staff was courteous. Room well, no coffee machines in the rooms. You had to go down to the office to ask for one. Also the room we had was 2 beds and a pull out sofa. There were no extra pillows, blankets, or sheets we had to go down to the office to get those as well. Breakfast was decent. And the pool and hot tub were nice.

The whole hotel was under construction. We were not told about this while making the reservation. The fitness room was closed the entire stay (we were there 3 nights).
