Conveniently located, very clean, spacious room, I don't think we've activated the heating properly so we remained a little fresher than hoped. Parking is £5 extra if you don't book directly, we discovered. Free internet is a bonus or we didn't have Any reception. Can't comment on their restaurant/bar as we didn't use it. Welcome break next door has anything else you might need. We'll definitely come again.

The rooms need a proper refurbishment.. Heating not working , twin bed are of different heights … stains in the shower cubicle ., carpet stains . Staff excellent. Cleaning not to a high standard… For one night , we managed but not a 3 star standard .
