We rented the family suite and the floors were not thoroughly mopped, there was a sticky spot in the kids bathroom. Looked like maybe a child dropped a splat of toothpaste and house cleaning did not go through and pick it up. Also smelled like dollar store chemicals. All in all the staff though made up for it every single person I came across gave excellent customer service and was overall very friendly.
