Exceptional and friendly customer service, decent price and basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, bread, juice and a few other things. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool was closed for renovations... I wish this had been mentioned before i reserved the room but that's ok. The room was clean. I do wish there was a door sill on the bottom, may have helped with the noise of the other loud guests in the night. I barely got any sleep but that's not the hotel's fault.

We booked on line for an accesible room. I printed confirmation that accesibke room was avaliable. At check in,staff said they do not have accessible rooms. We used elevator to 3rd floor. The room was clean and roomy enough for mobility cart. In the fridge was spoiled food!! Only 2 tissues, no hot breakfast,they gave us granola bar and tangerine.. The hotel was undergoing renovatios,and floors were a mess. We arrved late evening,or we would have left.
