This place was pretty run down and not particularly clean. The exterior was especially dirty - the same cigarette butts and broken glass lying around the whole time (3 days) that we were there. Ice maker didn't work. Pool and hot tub did not look clean so we did not end up using them. The person attending the front desk, breakfast bar, etc. was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating despite being responsible for what seemed like multiple jobs. She was the only employee we saw all weekend.

The staff was superb-very friendly. Way over priced for what you get. Felt something on my feet in bed-it was a CRICKET! The bed was comfortable, but the room felt run down and not sparkling clean. There was no soap by the sink and the AC made terrible revving noises all night. There was a flood in the kitchen area in the morning, so the staff cancelled breakfast. My husband and daughter were very disappointed. Breakfast may have redeemed the stay, as they are big breakfast eaters. I am not, so it didn't bother me. They should have at least put out bread and fruit in the lobby while they mopped. Would not stay here again. We've staying in nice places that were $60 a night, and this one was $230!!

No water the first night. Property looks to be under repair. Linen should be replaced, threadbare. Trash accumulated in garbage cans. WI-FI was slow and hard to sign onto. Very disappointing for a Best Western.

The sign in the room says they have spare toiletries available, but when you call the front desk, they tell them it’s not available and send you to a gas station. The water in the hotel was lukewarm at best and I asked about it and they said they had issues with hot water and Plumbing.

This hotel does not deserve the rating it has on hotels.com. The room entrances are from the outside like a motel and our door had a gap at the bottom that you could see to the outside. There was a roach crawling on the chaise lounge in our room. The rooms seemed to be very clean though. The breakfast should not be advertised as they only have waffle batter, yogurt, cereal and a few breads. We went to breakfast an hour and 20mins b/f it was over and there was no waffle batter left, no juice, no coffee, no yogurt. There was no one working the area and a lot of upset guests. When the front desk gal was asked about refilling the breakfast she said she was the only one there and she couldn't do anything about it. You can't advertise that your hotel stay comes with breakfast when you don't provide breakfast. They do not provide any eggs or meats ever so it was very poor especially for the rate they charge per night. I would not recommend staying here.

I wasn't there for work, but if I had been the desk, its chair and the Wi-Fi would have been fine. The TV mounted on the side wall a foot from the bed was a bit uncomfortable but there was always the sitting room to watch TV from. Staff was helpful in changing my room from poolside to 2nd floor with a mountain view.

The hotel needs updating. The bottom on the bathtub is peeling off. The room was clean. We had a horrible room location, it was next store to the storage area. The staff made noise and was talking really loud at 4am, 5am etc. we lost sleep for two nights. They should not vacate the room next to the storage room. The breakfast they offer is more of a continental breakfast.

This hotel is very unfriendly to anyone with disabilities. There is no elevator and no one to help bring luggage to the room. The beds are very high off the ground, and the towel rack is also high and difficult to reach. The breakfast was rather disappointing. No eggs or other protein, just cereal, a toaster, and a waffle iron. They only had fresh fruit occasionally. When we checked in, there was no mention of the fact that we had to request servicing of our room. So our room was cleaned one day but then not cleaned the next day. We were out most of the day and returned to a dirty room and no refreshed supplies. The housekeepers had left for the day, so there was nothing to be done. This hotel is nowhere near to what I had expected based upon the other reviews. It is not up to the standards of a Best Western property. I do not recommend staying here.
