This hotel is very unfriendly to anyone with disabilities. There is no elevator and no one to help bring luggage to the room. The beds are very high off the ground, and the towel rack is also high and difficult to reach.
The breakfast was rather disappointing. No eggs or other protein, just cereal, a toaster, and a waffle iron. They only had fresh fruit occasionally.
When we checked in, there was no mention of the fact that we had to request servicing of our room. So our room was cleaned one day but then not cleaned the next day. We were out most of the day and returned to a dirty room and no refreshed supplies. The housekeepers had left for the day, so there was nothing to be done.
This hotel is nowhere near to what I had expected based upon the other reviews. It is not up to the standards of a Best Western property. I do not recommend staying here.
