For the life of me, other than greed, I can't figure out why they charge for parking. There was no coffee in the morning. There were two urns but they were both out of coffee. There are keurigs in the room but I prefer not to use those because they're nasty. The greeting on arrival was not very warm. If I ever find myself in Missoula again, I will not go to this hotel.

The Hilton in Missoula is top notch I've stayed several times and always no issues rooms are super clean and staff is always friendly my only til with the stay was breakfast the food was delicious except for the burnt dry hasbrowns but otherwise it's confusing as to how you get served or the host waits on you or what it's just a little confusing and if you don't get the right room it's not free it's expensive so just get the room that includes it everything else 5 stars
