Good location and free shuttle service is very convenient to travellers. However, the hotel holds my credit card credit for USD100 as security deposit, but the deposit was not reversed although I have checked out. This should have been done when I checked out .

The bed looked like someone had walked on it with dirty shoes (I have pictures) and there was a FAN blowing 100% of the time that interfered with my sleep. Initially I was sent to a room that had people already in it - that was VERY embarrassing and when I returned to the front desk (mortified) the clerk was very nonchalant- this bothered me a bit!!! There was a HUGE group/ team of MS girls so there was no room in the pool/ hot tub/ etc. and breakfast was more hectic than the way I like to spend my day - but those are not things you can control. Check out was interesting-= three men were conversing and so the clerk didn't even look at me- just took my room key and said "you're good" - like I was interrupting them! All in all - it was an average stay at an average price - take the good with the bad.

An overnight stay with airport shuttle was my needs for this stay. The airport shuttle driver was great! My room had windows to 494 which had alot of construction going on...very noisy!!! Outback Steakhouse is just a walk across the parking lot so that was great for takeaway meal. Good place to stay for what I needed! I left before the breakfast options came out so would have been nice to have a few grab-n-go options for travelers leaving before 6:30am, 24 hour coffee options was a nice touch!

The staff was excellent and professional, while still being personable. The room was modern and clean. The family enjoyed the indoor pool. My only suggestion is to have someone patrol the outside of the grounds for random garbage. Granted, it was fairly windy while we were there, but there was some garbage that looked like it had been there for some time, which can be expected after a winter thaw. Also, there was road construction right outside our window. The kids had fun watching them work, but they work around the clock which made it difficult to get to sleep. I know the hotel has no control over that, but guests should be made aware and be given the option of having a room in a quieter area of the building.

Hotel was really nice. Rooms were very clean. Modern , breakfast was great. The only issue was they’re working on the 494 right next to the hotel hotel. It’s very loud. Crew was out there working until midnight and of course started clamor away pretty early in the morning.

We have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn before. We were NOT happy this time around!! There was construction that we were never told about, but because they hang a sign on their check-in desk, that is all they need to do. We were on the third floor and had to return to the front desk TWICE for keys not working. The first time the one lady was very nice about it, the second time the other lady seemed annoyed. The pool area had gobs of hair lying around on the floor, it was disgusting. We were NOT charged the rate we had been told and when confronted they could NOT tell us why we were paying more. We were NOT the only ones being charged MORE than what we were told! Shuttle bus driver, Leo, was AWESOME!! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again! EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

Construction was right out the window of our room. (Was asked if we had a preference on room, and said I didn’t care and they picked it). One of the beds was ready to break, anytime you moved it made noise. I had to pay to park my car each night we stayed, that was a waste of money. Breakfast was ok, had good options. Pool was small and crowded, had to ask for more pool towels because no one was checking on them.
