Room was clean and spacious, lovely bright reception and restaurant areas. Had to ask for more pillows and towels as not enough in room at the start but these were sorted straight away. Enjoyed a great breakfast and my son loved the pancakes. Room was extremely hot during the night as heating control wasn't working so went and asked reception in middle of the night and this was sorted. Would stay again as really nice hotel and not too far from alton towers. All staff were polite and helpful.

I think It was amazing (over average) but I think there needs to be more tables in the breakfast buffet.Also the chef was very unhelpful for example a lady in front asked if she could have a fried egg without the yolk, and the chef said no.The lady asked why and he said he was too busy to cook.Then she asked when he will be free, he said never.
