Excellent location. Right next to everything but still tucked away. We loved the hot tub and the bikes. The breakfast was just okay, typical hotel food. The only knock is that the room we stayed in felt very moist and had a mildew smell but I think it’s from the uncleaned AC unit. Overall very nice and added to the key west experience

Friendly staff, location was great, the B&B was cute and quiet, the breakfast needed more fresh fruit options. Staff is on site from 9 to 6. After 6 you must use the key pad to enter. You can rent bikes for $10; that's cheaper than any location in town! Parking was included in our stay however, it's located at a lot a few blocks away and you must be out by 11am the day you check out. If check out is at 11, then you shouldn't have to move your car until noon but that's just my opinion.

The location of this property makes it a winner! You are literally steps from Duval street and the Hemingway house! We arrived late, and staff worked with us for a late check in that was seamless. Parking is several blocks away, but you really shouldn’t expect close parking in Key West. We were there on an unseasonably cold night, and wished the hot tub had been warmer.

It is a very good place to stay. The place is close to the main street and essentially you can walk to the best places in town. The parking was my main concern before going to the place, but after the checking-in process, the lady offered me a parking spot like 3 block away which was included in the package. Additionally you can park in front of the place if you find a parking spot. The staff is very sweet, specially the woman behind the desk.

We rented the Havana Suite for 3 nights for Fantasy Fest. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm. They offer an additional pillow. Luggage rack, ironing board to mention a few amenities. We didn’t get to take advantage of the hot tub but the hot tub area and lobby area are beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely consider booking again for next years event
