The staff was awesome, the hotel was very clean and convenient. The breakfast on the weekdays was amazing with a chef to make it fresh, the weekend breakfast was also good. The rooms are very large and the kitchenette was great to have. The only complaint I had was the pool is freezing, no heater at all. And the parking charge of $25 is too high.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Atlanta and my stay, however…once I received my check out receipt I noticed there were charges to my room that I did not make. Someone either Keyes in the wrong room number, or someone was allowed to charge their alcohol to my room without verification of that person being the room’s occupant. I was really annoyed with that, but it was rectified in under an hour.
