Room was small and musky smelling. In the morning when I went to get coffee in the lobby I was approached by a young man in a black jacket and no name tag asking me who I was and what I was doing there. I showed him my room key and said getting coffee. He said I had to go to the front desk to get a slip of paper allowing me to get it. Ridiculous. I won’t stay there again.

The pictures were so deceiving for this property! The whole hotel was pretty run down, the room was so dirty and our feet got black just walking on the floor , we asked for it to be cleaned and got told they couldn’t clean until it had been 3 days …. The bunk bed mattress was so bad springs were poking through but they only offered an extra blanket. The whole room looked like a run down old motel room. The breakfast was ridiculous they could call it that , literally had boiled eggs and toast and cereal … my kids were so bummed we just left . This is an old hotel they are trying to update but it was definitely dirty and we would never stay here again!

Paid a deposit for 100$ for a room that is already damaged then a resort fee for the water park that opens if they have staff and only one slide running if they have staff tub ran all night long ac didn’t work pure in the gulf hole food at the bar is nasty except the fries just get the fries breakfast is free but if you want eggs and bacon have to pay 10$ place is run down play ground parts were closed off ask for a refund on just the hotel resort fee and was told there is no manager onsite to discuss all the issues I’m not a picky person I don’t need a 4 star hotel just one that offers what you see online it was flamingo now it’s Ramada I try calling Ramada no answer I would still like my resort fee back

Terrible. Place was a dump. Not even a mini fridge. Also paid a $30+ resort fee on top of booking and all they had was a dirty pool & those white with blue stripe pool towels that we’re a deep shade of yellow & dinge. Yuk!

Breakfast was the worst part of the entire stay. They only serve boiled eggs, toast and oatmeal. Super plain. Went elsewhere for breakfast. The water park was ok but the regular pool was dirty. The water was super cloudy.

I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and there was a leak in the bathroom that made things even worse. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. I eventually found a maintenance staff member, who came to check the issue and said they would arrange for a room change—but that never happened. The breakfast was also extremely poor. The selection was very limited, and items constantly ran out. I had to repeatedly ask staff to restock basics like toast and milk, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, the service and conditions were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

Room was clean, check in/out easy, only 1 of 3 slides worked in the big part and even though the water park opened at 10am the slide didn't open til 2pm so really you only get to enjoy the lazy river, water I swear felt like 40 degrees lol, apparently you're suppose to book the cabana day of but some of us booked it the night before so that became an issue, their included breakfast consisted of biscuits, hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, and yogurt. If you wanted to pay then you could order eggs with bacon and such. Also was easy to miss the entrance road. My son loved everything and kept saying it was the best vacation ever so all in all decent stay for being on a budget.
