The property was dirty, trash everywhere. The room was dirty, the walls were dirty and there were a lot of roaches. I paid for 2 nights and I only stayed for 5 minutes. It was late at night when I got there so I couldn't talk to anyone.

We could not even sta the night— checked in at 3pm, you can not check in early to drop off luggage or change clothes, and immediately checked out and had to go to another hotel. Sheets were stained, bugs on ceiling and yellow stained toilet and the shower was cracked and stained! Totally terrible DO NOT STAY HERE

My recent stay at this property was deeply disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or safety. The room was extremely worn, with visible signs of neglect that made the environment feel neither clean nor well‑maintained. As a woman traveling alone for business, I also felt uneasy due to the overall condition of the premises and the lack of a secure atmosphere. For the price point, the experience simply wasn’t worth it. There are other options in the area that offer significantly better upkeep and a stronger sense of safety. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers or anyone seeking a reliable, professional lodging experience.

Worst room I have ever been in. Ceiling patched. All metal rusted. There were cockroaches!! Shower curtain rod half pulled out of wall. Tv didn’t work. And we felt very unsafe. When I addressed issues with attendant, she could care less, just kept telling us where the keys went. Would NEVER stay there again!!

To start check-in was 3 pm. No person showed up at the office till 3:30pm. I finally get to my room. At first I noticed the burn marks on the kitchen counter. Then noticed the stains on the furniture. I went to use the toilet and the seat was broken and falling off. The next morning I woke up went to the toilet and several roaches were walking around on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I was just there for one night traveling through on business and dealt with it. However if my wife was with me we would of had to leave a immediately!!

The lady in the front desk was wonderful and friendly. But the bed had stains in it and we were told that the standard room didnt come with a hair dryer and we would have to upgrade... Never heard that before for a $80 a night stay.

Upon arrival the place was filthy, trash everywhere, looks like the place has never been cleaned. The person checking us in was extremely rude and unhelpful and didn’t tell us how to find our room. After searching for 10 mins we finally found it. Open the door it stunk inside, smoke detector ripped from the ceiling, stains on the bedding and then we saw it. Live bugs! We immediately grabbed our stuff and left. Absolutely horrible. We slept in our car at a truck stop instead.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. From roaches crawling on the walls, dirty walls, baseboards, dirty microwave and cigarette burns all on the sink in a “non-smoking “ room. The smell of urine in the stair corridors. The beds will hurt your back. They do not provide room service to attend the bed or replace towels, and if you are as unfortunate as my husband and I you might get a room with no hot water. Then you will get the female front desk clerk tell you “you have to wait for the water to get hot again because there is only one water tank and others at bathing”. This property is not represented properly in Hotels.com or the RedRoof site either.
