Not recommended

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

This hotel needs a whole new makeover. Was incredibly disappointed. The room we got was nothing like the pictures. Hallways was incredibly dirty. The halls smelled like someone was smoking weed. The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the staff. We lasted 30 mins in this hotel before I said absolutely not . I was breaking out into a rash. I showed the staff they were great and we got a refund . Please update pictures to current room standard as it’s incredibly misleading. Will say the cleanest part of the room was the bathroom. However rest of room was dirty. Sliding door Wouldent lock and their was people outside yelling. We felt very unsafe. Again staff were lovely and I’m thankful for the refund. Please do your research before booking . Hopfuly they see this and take action. Keep in mind it was 3pm when we checked in they had plenty of time to clean

The staff was pleasant and the room was renovated but not kept up. First thing I noticed was a missing light bulb in the lamp beside the bed. I reported it and was told to expect someone to come and bring a bulb to my room…that did not happen. Next was the hand cream by the bathroom sink, I went to use it and it fell off of the wall. I had to use a paper clip to get it to stay up on the wall. Next was black mold on the shower ceiling. I most likely won’t stay here again.

The bonus was the airport shuttle. The walls are paper thin, so don’t expect a good night sleep because everyone is partying all night. Also, the pillows sucked. They were so lumpy, it was hard to sleep.

Hotel com funcionários atenciosos, instalações confortáveis, transporte de graça para o aeroporto Pearson e café da manhã muito bom e farto. Tudo isso a um excelente custo benefício. Já fiquei mais de uma vez nesse hotel sempre que vou a Toronto por pouco tempo. Vale a pena.

I left the first day, got a different hotel! They were not able to accommodate me for the amount of ppl we were. Upgraded to a suite and even then the bed situation was not able to accommodate us, they said queen size pullout couch but it was a single size pullout, and the mattress had no sheets and was stained with blood, couch itself had multiple stains of unknown substance. The hotel was dirty and run down pictures of hotel are completely different than what the place actually is! Rented a different hotel and lost out on my money from this rental. I have pictures to show how nasty this hotel was.
