This place had a nice lobby and the Front Desk Manager Ivette was kind and helpful when we were first checking in. When we were in the room, before unpacking our luggage, we checked the area and the drawers. There was a gun magazine/clip in the drawer!! When we went back down they were willing to switch us rooms but we did not feel safe with the areas outside. We asked if we could transfer to a sister property and pay the difference but they were unable to assist us. Because it was prepaid have been unable to get clarity on reimbursement. Ridiculous.

The elevator was broken the entire time. I don't even think they have a plan to have it fixed. The signs looked permanent. I asked if there was any plan to compensate guests and was told no. I would not have chosen to stay had I knew I had to walk up stairs with all my luggage. Hotels.com should make potential guests aware that the hotel's elevator may still be broken.

I normally dont leave reviews that are to negative but I have to be real with people If you cant afford better then stay there. Couple things in my experience 1 elevator didn't work. 2 climate control in my room didn't work. 3 the printer in the business center didn't work and finally every time I turned on the bathroom light it sounded like a tornado was coming. Oh and the remote for the tv worked sometimes and the tv was watchable sometimes.

If rooms are clean led more often there wouldn’t be cobwebs in the ceilings, the sheets need to be changed as our bedding had huge rips, the jacuzzi was filthy and the water pressure for the shower had barely worked.

I actually found the hotel to be peaceful and the staff to be very nice and considerate. I felt relaxed and safe at all times. Best nights sleep I had in a long time. I definitely would stay at this location again

Don’t walk away…RUN!!!!! Total dump from the parking lot to the room. Other unhappy customers complaining at the front desk when we walked in. Ordered a drink and watched the manager/front desk clerk/ bartender mix my drink with 3 separate bottles of previously opened flat bottles of sprite. Room was disgusting and even had a dirty towel behind the door.

The front desk staff was polite. I don’t think there was any other staff? Sure didn’t seem like it given the state of the hotel was in terrible condition. It’s nonsmoking but obviously a guideline and not a rule. The entire building reeked of cigarettes and was poorly attempted to cover with an abundant amount of perfume. The room looked like it was never cleaned, in fact it looked intentionally neglected. The worst hotel I have ever been in. Not as advertised and should not be in business. Hotels.com claimed they could not refund for the initial night we checked in because the establishment would not let them. But when I addressed with the staff they said hotels.com would not allow a refund because they are third party. Someone is lying and someone was paid for a hotel stay that I did not use. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I will never use hotels.com again

Had the auto show not been in town and had there been another available hotel, we would have left. Elevator didn’t work. Hotel has paper thin walls. You can hear neighbors having a regular conversation, snoring, amongst other things. The custodial staff left their carts in the halls (which were narrow) and we had to scoot past dirty brooms every time to and from the room. The sliding bathroom door left a three inch gap on all sides, so no privacy. The hot breakfast was freezer-burned microwaved food and stale bread. The bedding was yellow and stained. Whole hotel smelled like smoke. There were empty beer boxes under our beds. Everything had film and dust and the ice bucket had mildewed slime that smelled awful. Horrible stay.
