This hotel is ideally located for Brands Hatch, HOWEVER, it is tired and dated, the Racing Bar has no atmosphere and feels very stark and clinical, I didnt try breakfast but it looked mediocre, Parking is extra per day, and avoid Rm280 as it overlooks the waste and bottle bins and is the smoking area for staff.

Had a great stay. They actually took their time to action my request which was so nice of them. My parents stayed here before in which they really enjoyed it so I came to stay after. Would definitely go back. Room also beautiful. The only 2 cons were they only offer Indian food for dinner, they should have a broader cuisine selection. Furthermore, spa & pool facilities are listed till 10pm, but was told to get out at 9.40pm which wasn’t nice.

Carpet was worn down to bare floor, aircon unit was held together with tape, wallpaper was peeling off all over the place and the temp control panel was like a floodlight that you couldn’t switch off. I’m sure there are some decent rooms, the hotel has some good ratings so must be ok in general but there are obviously rooms in desperate need of a refurb.
