Very nice place, i think was recently renovated. Shower had good water pressure. Was very clean upon check in. Check in is all online and when room is ready Rm # and door code was texted to me. Really didn't go to office except to get parking pass. Easy walking distance to fishermans warf and to shops and resturants on Cannery Row, and the Aqurium. I would stay here again if available on my next trip to Monterey.

There is a reason this hotel is the cheapest hotel near Cannery Row. This hotel is in need of a remodel as the rooms and furniture are in very rough shape. There are no amenities to speak of and no customer service. It's a shame because it used to be kind of nice. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. It is very convenient to access Cannery Row if that is your destination.

Very nice room with high ceilings. The outdoor balcony was a nice added touch to the room. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise coming in from either outside or surrounding rooms. We had a very nice stay and might make it an annual stop in the future. It is walkable distance to so many attractions and restaurants in Monterey.
