Fantastic hotel! Clean, large rooms, comfortable, good shower a/c etc. What really stood out however was the AMAZING location, right on the beach. Every room has a sea view! The bar has food and drinks and as well as the pool they have sunbeds on the beach! I am picky and have absolutely no negatives and all positive things to say! :)

Casa Lú has an ideal location and the rooms have wonderful views of the ocean which is only footsteps away. Our second-floor room had an unobstructed view of the water and ocean landmarks. The staff were very attentive and cheerful throughout the day. The restaurant menu was basic and enjoyable, but somewhat limited. Several tables were set on the beech every evening providing a special spot or dinner. The pool was kept cool, clean and refreshing. Evenings and nights were peaceful and quiet. Our week there passed quickly and enjoyably.

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, the beach was amazing, and the service was simply outstanding! We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Lu! We can't wait to return. The hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants, and had parking available. The thing that we loved most, however was the incredible staff. Our room was always spotless, and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, contentious, and courteous.

Just go Rene is a fn sweetheart the resort is intimately simple and its perfect; not too much "boug"and not shabby, smartly done,well constructed and understated unlike some of the other hippie hotels in Mazunte that go overboard with shtick. this place is a legit vibe with an excellent lap/hang out pool just being 3 steps from the beach. The real selling point of this hotel is the beachfront location and pool, a unique combination in Mazunte. All the rooms are pool/beach facing and have a nice balcony/patio seating area with lounge chairs and a hammock. The staff is friendly and attentive and make for a relaxing environment around the property. Although kept very clean, our room was showing signs of wear and we had some technical inconveniences during our stay. Overall this place is great but overpriced in my view. Unfortunately, Mazunte has been discovered and prices are going up rapidly with demand.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Lu. Despite some local infrastructure upgrades taking place, they honoured our booking and made us very welcome - Lucia was particularly helpful. The hotel is lovely - fantastic location right on the beach, and the rooms are large, clean and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This place is amazing! Beautiful views and location. It’s located down the beach in a quieter area at edge of town but still can walk to the action and restaurants in 12 min. You will be right on the beach with lounge chairs or by a saltwater lap pool. Your lanai has a hammock or swing chair. Your are 6 steps from the pool.
