It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable, but Alex truly goes above and beyond. Their customer service was exceptional — friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in every interaction. They made the check-in process seamless and were happy to answer questions and ensure everything about my stay was perfect. Alex is a fantastic representative of the Comfort Inn brand, and their positive attitude really stood out. My sisters and i boiked this trip for my Dad as a birthday gift. He said he had a wonderful time. The room i booked was on the second floor, and i didn't check for an elevator. The staff were wonderful and switched my Dad to a ground floor room, as he would've struggled on the stairs. To me this is over and above, it was my mistake and they facilitated a safe stay. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of my wonderful Dad.
