While checking out, I returned my remote control from the front desk I had to borrow because there was not one in the room. Told the front desk we had to shower without a shower curtian since the room did not have one and he did not flinch or make a comment. I told him it was time for us to leave anyways and he just started walking away. I asked him if he needed anything else from me and he just said no. That was the most he said. I asked where breakfast was and he pointed to a coffee machine that had a big spill, 4 granola bars that were the same flavor and one flavor of yogurt. I told him the guy last night mentioned bread foods and he just said the truck hasnt showed up. Obviously we had to go out to eat which made us a little late for our medical appointment. The next week i noticed we did not get our incidental back and had to call another location to get through where she had to have it refunded to me since they forgot to return it. First time I have ever had this problem. I do not llan to go back to an Extended Stay Ever.

Plates, silverware, pots, panda and utensils require a $200 fee so didn't get to use the kitchenette fully. Was able to use microwave as intended though. Floor in elevator was squishy. Fire alarm randomly went off. TV remote was sticky, bedding stained and handprints on headboard. Fine for a budget stay overall though

The first impression was everything to me , the lobby was so clean, neat and well put and not only was it well put IT SMELLED SUPER CLEAN..like how your house would smell on deep cleaning Sunday ! Our room was very tidy and comfortable. The staff was really sweet, friendly and accommodating! I loved everything about my stay and when I visit again I'll be sure to book here !!!

I probably won’t start here again. There were ants everywhere in the room and no breakfast for breakfast that was supposed to be included. There was little to no information when checking in. He was more worried about the $100 fee that was NOT told about upon booking the room. They only had a sign at CHECKOUT that there would be a $100 fee to be reimbursed. Which still has not returned to my account. And there were kids running up and down the hall ALL NIGHT

The room was not very clean. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. The toilet clogged 3 times. Was kept up half the one night by a lady pounding on the door would have called the front desk but the phone didn’t work either. Possibly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed!!!!!

The elevator had trash and graffiti. I get off on my floor, and there's trash all up and down the entire hallway. Literally. I checked in at evening time, which meant, housekeeping had already clocked out for the day after not doing their job. You could tell that the floor hadn't been touched in days. Just litter everywhere. There was a large bucket of dirty dishes sitting in the hallway across from my room. I went downstairs to complain. If I could upload the video I took, of all the trashiness, I would. Had this not been a last-minute reservation, I would've gone right back downstairs to get a refund and leave. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the hallway of that same litter the morning I was due to check out. The room itself was nice, though.

Staff was nice at check in. Room was nice inside compared to outside of hotel. Only one towel and one washcloth in room for two people staying. Had to go upfront to get more ( staff was nice) . Decent hotel for $110 . Free breakfast is more like a snack option. No eater or juice offered. Just a small shelf of to go items.
