Everything was great!!! The only thing I have to complain about is the Valet. The price was overpriced and they didn’t know how to drive a manual. The valet did damaged to my transfer case. One of them had to google on how to drive my truck and put it in 4x4. Drive on the highway and within 20 minutes the transfer case was smoking and left us on the side of the road. Never would recommend their Valet.

Excellent hotel in perfect location for tourists exploring the wonders of San Francisco with kids of any age. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, very comfortable beds and free coffee in room and lobby (kettle for tea available upon request). Friendly staff. Lack of breakfast facilities in house - but cafes nearby and Trader Joes + eating utensils available. Feedback for management would be to reduce waste with ceramic cups, plates, real curtlery. Individually wrapped disposable items create obscene amounts of avoidable waste. Self-service laundry didn’t work out: arrived 8:45am and all machines occupied, next day tried several times from 8:15-9am and door would not open (advertised hours 9-9).
