The hotel is as correct as other APA hotel. But in this hotel the service is horrible, you need to do everything by yourself : Check in, weigh your luggage yourself, attach the sticker for sending suitscases... I never had to do that in other APA hotel or hotels I went. What's the point of having reception people if after a long travel you need to complete electronic form like some administration by yourself on a stupid machine that doesn't even work... It's a loose of time and I understand people taking room outside hotels where you just get your key at check in. Plus you need to wait so much time for an elevator or even doing your washing machine. I always go in APA but this one was the worse of all I took in term of services...
