Got given a free upgrade for my 5-night stay; had nothing to complain about the room, services, staff attentiveness, and the amenities provided. Extremely convenient yet quiet location. The only thing is the lack of information on how often they’d clean (which is every day any time you don’t have the ‘do not disturb’ indicator on) and the room service team can call your room all the way up till 10pm which they did once and it made me jump.

The hotel is a ten minute walk to the nearby MTR station at Shek Mun but you can always take the hotel's shuttle bus that will take you to their sister hotel, Royal Park located at the Shatin City Center which is close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Health Club on 28th floor and token operated laundry on the Third Floor is very convenient.
