Our room was clean with a view of the lake! It was spacious enough for three people to comfortably move around. There was complimentary water, juice and beer in the fridge. The staff was friendly, the food was very good The hotel’s location to the Christmas market and train station was ideal!

Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The room was light, clean, had drinks and toiletries! Had a great sleep apart from people screaming on the street. The free coffee and sweets were a great touch and when we left they provided bottled water. I wish i had time for the sauna and steam! Across the road from Montreux train station and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Free local travel with the riveria card too! Cannot fault this hotel. Would reccomend to all x

Big room! Great views. Bathroom a little dated and the water from the shower was constantly cycling from hot to cold, so be careful especially with children. Tea & Coffee station with popcorn and sweets in reception was terrific. Lovely staff. Recommend a stay here.

The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili).
