I absolutely loved my stay at the Double Tree Hilton! The lobby was beautiful, the staff was warm and friendly, and I loved my room. I had a courtyard view with a walk out patio and the fact that could sit on my patio and watch the sun set was such a great end to my long day of work and travel. I will be staying there again!

The hotel is located close to all the shops and mall, so it was convenient for my family. But, the bathroom and the shower they all were too old and outdated. Shower kept dripping the whole time and switches were torn. The hotel is clean but it’s need renovation. Apart from that the rooms were spacious and good. We stayed for two nights. It’s was fine. Thank you.

Nice and very spacious room and hotel. The pool was not open for the season unfortunately, which was not advertised in advance if I'm not mistaken. We didnt notice the cardboard notice on the small bottles of water and since we opened them they charged us 6,99 dollar for them afterwards. Housekeeping and front desk were unphased when we told them they unlocked our (ground floor) balcony door when we were out, so everybody could have walked into our room with all of our belongings in them.

I suggest a refresh of the rooms. The carpet is frayed. The slider to my balcony had a problem with the lock. The latch niche in the frame is all cut up. The lighting needs to be updated. It’s very dark and dingy in the rooms. The rooms were comfortable so from a size perspective and all of the furniture in the rooms was useful and helpful. It just really needs to be updated. Thank you.
