Air conditioner and dishwasher did not work. We reported it numerous times and they never fixed it. It was very hot. The electric kettle did not work. We asked for a working one and never got it. The girl at the front desk was quite rude.

The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'ensemble du personnel rencontré est très sympathique et on sent une sincère volonté d'être aux petits soins pour les clients. Que ce soit les personnes à la réception, celle en charge du nettoyage et également le responsable de la maintenance, une équipe au top. Vraiment bravo à eux car ils ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Les chambres sont très propres, agréables et la literie de très bonne qualité. J'y retournerai sans hésiter pour mes autres déplacements professionnels. je veillerai juste à être côté intérieur. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre en court de séjour un matin car réveillée dans la nuit par un groupe dans la rue, cela a été accepté avec le sourire et j'ai même profité d'un surclassement. A noter un parking qui est très étroit et nécessite une conduite fine et plusieurs manœuvres. Les explications transmises par mail par l'hôtel pour le trouver sont claires et nécessaires car l'entrée est discrète. Cela reste très pratique d'avoir ce service en centre ville de Montpellier.

Le personnel est très accueillant et tous les employés ont été d'une gentillesse et amabilité que je n'ai que très peu rencontrées lors de mes déplacements. Ça a été un séjour très réussi et j'étais bien contente de loger dans cet établissement dans lequel je reviendrai sans hésiter. Vraiment bravo et merci à cette équipe formidable qui est aux petits soins avec leurs clients. En plus de cela, ma chambre était vraiment agréable, dotée d'un lit très confortable, des espaces très propres et décorés avec goût. Je recommande vivement, aussi bien pour séjourner en tant que touriste qu'en déplacement professionnel. Merci et encore bravo à toute l'équipe ! C'est 5 étoiles sans hésiter.

Chambre 218, la déco la literie la propreté tout est parfait, sauf que c’est atrocement bruyant. Il faut d’urgence investir dans une isolation phonique. Impossible de fermer l’œil.
