The breakfast was so delicious it was freshly made and chef was very professional. I would have loved that there was a front desk person however the person that I talked to over the phone to give me our lock box number so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. And the property is pet friendly however we did not bring our dog this time we will bring our dog next time though!

This place is amazing. Excellent location, with bus service close by. Modern clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing common area with drinks and snacks all day. Hot tub. The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible. I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs. If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!

Our stay was very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Laura and her team cook breakfast live in the kitchen every day. We had to leave early both days before breakfast time and Laura cooked breakfast for us 6 in the morning and even packed an extra breakfast sandwich for us to have on the way.
