Loved this hotel for me and my significant other. We stayed a week and this hotel is in between everything. Room was clean staff was friendly hotel breakfast was decent. Pool was refreshing but the hot tub was lil dirty and not so hot but it was hot the whole time we were in Arizona.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was very loud and it didn't seem like the thermostat worked. Once the room cooled and it shut off, it never turned back on. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have some fruit. Great location, close to airport.

Took a little while to check in. I think they were shortstaffed in housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent. Pool and hot tub were cold but relatively clean. Front desk staff was very accommodating. I had a late flight and they allowed me to hang out. Use the pool lobby, etc., until I shuttle back to the airport.

The pros: The breakfast had quite a few choices. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was close to the airport and the freeway entrance. The cons: The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The heater/cooler was super loud so i had to buy earplugs. The pool and jacuzzi were to cold to swim in.

Room was clean, but very old and dated. Our tub leaked, there were holes in the walls and we had to go down to get additional things we needed like towels and bedding that we had asked for at checkin and booking. Breakfast was good, the make your own waffles were a hit. The dinning attendant was sweet and wonderful. She was so patient with my kids and had great stories to share! Loved that they had filtered water in the lobby and ice machines. Overall would not stay again. But the location is convenient.

Airport shuttle was convenient. Location is great for getting to and from the airport and downtown. Beds weren’t the most comfortable and the rooms are not sound proof. Shower pressure was good. Staff is nice enough. Would stay again.

Bathtub water would not completely turn off in our room, reported to the front desk. Lady at the front desk this morning, April 4, wasn't very friendly, had a frown on her face. Both coffee urns in the breakfast area were empty at 8am. I advised the front desk, but they were not replenished.

Very disappointing stay. Service was consistently poor. Breakfast offered very few options with insufficient fruit. Room service was not provided daily and had to be requested. When I did request it, I was denied due to being 'short-staffed.' I was told the trash would at least be emptied, but when I returned in the evening, my room had not been touched. Out of four nights, my room was serviced only once. Amenities were subpar—stained pillows, no proper comforter (only a throw lined with a bedspread), and toiletries placed incorrectly, with body wash bolted next to the sink and hand wash in the shower. When I requested a correction, it was ignored, and the front desk claimed 'both are the same solution.' Additionally, the bathroom door made a loud creaking noise, and the mini-fridge was not properly secured, causing it to move every time it was opened. I will be staying away from GreenTree in the future and cannot recommend it.

Price was good. Amenities reported in the listing did not fully meet expectations. There was no on-site restaurant, which was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. I arrived via a shuttle and the reception person on check-in was dismissive and generally unhelpful when trying to find alternate dining options, as well as with several other things. Had a VERY early flight out. The guy manning the desk at 1:30am was excellent getting me a Uber to the airport.
