This hotel is very beautiful. Rooms confortable. I found that the service could improve. When someone is waiting and the frontdesk staff is typing away on the computer, it would be nice to have been acknowledged. "Hi, I will be with you in just one moment". Also once we got to the door to our room, the key did not work. I went back to the frontdesk and a very somber staff member, fixed the key, and there was not an apology or a real acknowledgement to the inconvenience. Would it keep me from not staying again? No, but there is some room for improvement.
