Great location, Beach was very nice and safe. The employees are so nice. The hotel is old, they did some work, but still not enough. Have that old building smell and loom. Towels and bed sheets has a little smell of old or not dry right. Food is good. Wacht out for the marketing people trying sell time share/vacation club.

Péssima experiência pelo preço cobrado. Já fizemos algumas viagens de navio, que o esquema de all inclusive e atrações é semelhante, e digo com total certeza que quem tem um mínimo de experiência em viagens irá se frustrar. Muito desorganizado, resort não tem gerador, faltou luz apenas TODOS os 3 dias que ficamos e num deles de madrugada ficamos mais de 2h sem luz num calor horrível. Estrutura da praia com apenas 30 barracas para um hotel que possui mais de 100 quartos, prepare-se para ouvir "não temos barracas/cadeiras disponíveis, vocês terão que ir até os outros hotéis caçando local para sentar". Tive que fazer um upgrade de quarto, pagando 3 mil a mais porque não conseguiamos dormir devido ao barulho da área das piscina e falta de isolamento acústico.Cerveja em sua maioria dos bares estava quente, devido ao abre e fecha das geladeiras. Achamos a comida boa e os drinks também. Resumindo, se você tem condição pague um pouco a mais e vá ao Ibero Star ou fique num hotel comum sem all inclusive. Durante 2 dias ficamos somente com 1 elevador funcionando. Também não disponibilizam ajuda com malas no check-in e nem no Check-out.

Os quartos são excelentes, as piscinas muito agradáveis e a equipe demonstra preparo e atenção irrepreensíveis. O restaurante é de ótima qualidade, com variedade ampla e bem executada, inclusive nas opções de bebidas, que incluem a cerveja Stella Gold sem glúten. Quanto aos pontos de melhoria, o bar da piscina encerra as atividades demasiadamente cedo. Seria mais adequado que funcionasse até as 20h, 21h ou mesmo 22h, pois atualmente fecha às 18h. Além disso, os petiscos da área da piscina poderiam ser servidos à la carte e apresentar maior diversidade. Em todos os quatro dias foi oferecido camarão com casca, quando poderiam ter alternado, por exemplo, com camarão empanado em determinados dias ou camarão sem casca em outros.
