The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The view from my room was of the little pond. My kid slept it. The kids left the pool and the waterslide and it’s nice to be able to just walk right out onto the beach. I would definitely choose to go here again. The breakfast was also delicious.

Room was in excellent, tidy condition except for the floor, which had a small amount of grit on it, but wiped off easily from the soles of my feet with the bath floor mat. Exceptional condition other than that small issue. FYI whenever I travel to Oahu, Maui and now Kauai I always stay at an Outrigger. Reef in Waikiki is the best!!

The property was still under construction, and there were no activities available over the weekend, so there wasn’t much to do at the facility. We also had to evacuate the building around 11:30 p.m. because the alarm system went off. That said, the facility itself was beautiful, and the staff was absolutely amazing.

The lobby was under construction, so getting checked in and to our room wasn’t what we expected. I’m sure when the lobby is finished, it will be nice. We only stayed one night before leaving Kauai, so we didn’t use the amenities. We wanted to use the hot tub, but one was closed and the other was full.
