I have been staying at this hotel for years. This is the third time that I have been given a different room from the one I booked. This time the room was basically the size of a closet. The room I booked had a sofa, sitting area, bench at the foot of the bed, separate tub and walk in shower, etc. The room I was given had no sofa, no sitting area, no bench at the foot of the bed, and a combo sink/tub. And it was over $1k a night. I will not be staying there again.

Incredible staff - check-in happens in the sitting room while they fetch you a welcome cocktail from the bar. Rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spaced far apart. The entire surrounding grounds are beautifully manicured gardens. Not cheap but very very nice.
