The room was clean, the ensuite well lit but the bedroom was very dark, better lighting required. I prefer not to have meals with dogs in the restaurant. I do like dogs and have 2 dogs of my own. The receptionist who we checked in with was unfriendly and unhelpful.

I loved the restaurant and the environment of the Inn. Very welcoming and cozy. Was a short little drive to the waterfront and town. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Very quaint and cozy.

The Amble Inn - Modern hotel not too far from sea

The Amble Inn is a relatively new hotel sited in Amble. Its location is not picturesque and it is near new housing. However there is convenient parking and the accommodation provided is fine. If you want a beachside accommodation that is not on offer. Other guests advised that there was a beach 15 minute walk away. In summary the hotel offers everything you need at a fair economic price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Like many new hotels dogs are allowed to share bedrooms - we are not keen on this but it is obviously a benefit for some of the hotel's customers.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit cooler Einrichtung. Essensauswahl war gut und die Drinks ebenfalls. Sehr grosse und komfortable Zimmer mit freundlichem Personal. Coller Spielplatz für die Kinder. Einzig was mich störte, waren die verbleibenden Hundehaare im Schlafzimmer Teppich der vorherigen Gäste.
