The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are large and they allow dogs which I really appreciate. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. The location is great basically downtown with easy access to beautiful Congress Park.
