The breakfast was nothing like the pictures. On the website it shows a hot breakfast, this wasn't even continental. Just horrible. Chairs around the pool are lacking and the ones that were there have the seats falling through. The pool deck is in bad shape, all flaking and beat up. The tub in our room didn't drain properly took forever and the plug for the tub didn't work there was an industrial extension cord running from our side window underneath the bed, not sure why.

Room reeked like smoke, light did not work in bathroom, large green extension cord was plugged in and went somewhere under the bed, sheets appeared to be slept in and not changed, holes in wall and curtains were so worn you could see through them. Hotel is very dilapidated.

We called just to make sure they did not give our room away because we were coming late and they THEN told us they had no hot water and were on a boil advisory because of it but they would offer a full refund. Well they should have called us. It just so happened we called them 2 hours before we go there and had to scramble to get a room somewhere else and Hotels.com would not give us a credit so we could just book like that. No they said we would get a refund in 7-10 business days. Well you know some people don't have an extra $200-$300 laying around to rebook something that was already paid for. VERY upset with Hotels.com

Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience.

No elevator. Soon as we got into our room I went to the bathroom saw there was dirty towels even the hand towel had been used. The toilet paper holder was broken off and laying in the shelf and toilet paper on the floor. No travel size shampoo like most hotels do. Next day we went to the pool/hot tub it was barley luke warm the pool was warmer than the hot tub it was putting out cold water. Got back in the room requested clean towels they said they were in the dryer and would be sent up soon. 4 hrs later we got towels but all the hot water was out at the hotel. Like all the rooms not just ours. Also breakfast wasn't how it's pictured and there wasn't much to choose from. The housekeeper was nice though. The guy at the front said we'd be getting money back because of the hot water issue and have yet to still get any type of refund. I definitely do not recommend.

I wish that this review was better, the man who is the night watchmen was very helpful, but I really wish I had stayed somewhere else. I had an extremely long travel day yesterday, got maybe two hours of sleep and was on the road a very long time. I got there at night and when I went into my room, the heater was on full blast. I turned it off and tried to turn on the AC, but the window unit in the room was malfunctioning. I had already unpacked everything and left the room for about 45 minutes. When I came back, it was even hotter and the front desk women had already left. The gentleman who was working, ended up getting me in another room, but it was extremely late and it took me a while to fall asleep. The breakfast buffet was anything but that. I ended up getting breakfast on the road.
