Not a great experience, though staff was great to work with problem solving. The room we got didn't have a pull-out sofa bed as advertised, and there were 6 of us! We asked for a roll away, none was found, but no one told us.We had to purchase a blow up mattress for sleeping. We had to ask for bedding twice, they were out the first time. Upon check-in, we notified the front desk we only had 4 towels and needed more. When we asked again, we were told they were out of towels, and none were available. We had to ask later that night for towels as 4 is not enough for 6 people. We were told to use pool towels, which we had to wait for. The advertisements did not list the waterpark hours (not open sunday evening and during the week of our spring break). Though it was on the rotating screens in the hotel, we were already checked-in and stayed a night before noticing the screens when they closed the waterpark sunday evening. In addition,the room was not cleaned well - a soda can left on the floor spilled and stained the curtains, candy was left in dresser drawers, multiple stains on the floor, toys from previous visitor found in random spots around the room. The biggest issue - the bathroom door. It wouldn't shut!! It was off the track, the frame was so badly broken, there wasn't a way to get it back on the track to working order. We notified the front desk right away requesting a maintenance person look at it, but because we weren't in the room when he knocked, nothing was looked at.
