The main areas are nice, but the room was in poor repair. Needs to be totally replaced. The bed was clean, everything was clean, but the furniture was worn. I understand the hotel recently changed hands and major repairs are being done, but it is a work in progress. Staff were nice.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared with hotel brands I’ve been to before (similar to Hilton Garden Inn). Hotel was a Four Points but is experiencing a rebranding. My group also loved the hot tub and pool, and they said the burger from the Tavern was a hit! Very great place to stay if visiting San Rafael or just passing through on 101. I’d definitely book again in the future.
