Reception staff lovely and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Lovely selection of teas / coffees biscuits in the room. However, the staff in the restaurant!!! How rude!!! The one woman who seemed to be the main woman on the night was so rude, her attitude towards us all was disgusting, and she got the order wrong after us going through it with her and her having a print out of it as we had to pre book

Large comfortable room, cleaning was generally good. Shower was great. Bar was nice - a good choice of drinks. Didnt have any food, so cant comment on that. Large car park and great location for getting about. No EV charging points, but they didnt claim to have any. In feneral, South Wales High speed EV charging facilities are not readily available. We had to go to Swansea.

Great experience staying at the hotel. No complaints. Just a recommendation is it possible to have ev car charges installed. We have a electric car after a long journey needed th charge the battery had to make a number of journey's over to Tesco's to charge the car. Noticed a lot of electric cars on the car park so installation of ev charges would be a great investment. Plus a great reason to book your hotel as more electric cars drivers may book your hotel for that reason.
