"Right in the heart of Gran Via Madrid. From the moment you arrive you are treated first class. Rooms are lovely and mattresses so comfy. We arrived extremely early but they put our cases away securely so we could go out and return at check in time. Also same on our departure we had very late flight so again cases stored securely. Kitchen well equipped and a washing machine. Would highly recommend to everyone. The staff as so polite and cannot do enough for you. Thankyou for a wonderful stay "

"Our room was amazing with a view of the Madrid skyline, room was perfect. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit. NB.. if you like a swim the pool is warm ! "

The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs.
