And we love that it’s not part of a large hotel chain and that part of the cost goes to local homeless ministries. "

"It’s a good hotel in a good place. The resident part has pretty big rooms as refrigerators and microwaves. It’s right there next to everything in Nashville. It’s kind of cheap. And the staff are really nice."

"I stayed here to attend the 2025 ATEEZ In Your Fantasy concert and The Mint House was amazing! The location was great and super accessible. The gated parking lot provided extra security and made me feel safer even though I arrived back from the concert in the later hours of the night. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Would easily recommend and definitely keep on my list of places to stay whenever I visit Nashville again. "

"View from city view room was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location was fabulous. A 10 min walk to Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame or the Broadway bars. Too cold to use outdoor pool or room balcony but both were excellent facilities. Would definitely book again for any Nashville stay."

"The room had a urban modern industrial design. The bed was comfy and the room.had exactly what you need. Very cool lobby area with an inviting scene! East Nashville is an amazing area and this place is right on Main st. This is definitely the side of town you want to stay for the best food in Nashville. Hang out with the locals listening to great music in a small neighborhood venue, or shop at a local shop nestle among the residences. You never know who you might run into!"
