"The hotel is just newly opened hence, Everything is new, modern and with very clean room and facilities. The pool is very good with relaxing sun beds along the length of the pool. The hotel resort is just 80 meters away from the beach that is covered with fine sands. A cozy cafe and resto is also in the building. The staff are equally very accomodating. "

"This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again."

"Clean, budget-friendly hotel walking distance to the beach. AC works well. Couldn’t get much sleep due to street noise. I could hear every car and truck pass by and our room was not even the closest to the street. May stay again in the future if traveling with a big group. I’ll just wear noise canceling headphones or bring medicine to help me sleep."

Been backpacking round the Philippines so used to budget accommodation and this is definitely the cheap end of hotels in San Juan so was not expecting much. it seemed fine for the price very basic but shower/ac worked Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms but if you pop outside you can get it. But on the 2nd night I got about 10 bed bug bites so had to leave"
