"I was hesitant at first to book because there weren’t as many reviews as other hotels but our stay was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve had. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels, very clean with great amenities given. The staff were very lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Special thank you to Viki (hopefully spelled right) who cooked our breakfast for most of the days - she made our stay especially memorable. Definitely recommend and would choose again if I come...

"Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."

"The venue exceeded my expectations, I wasn't expecting it to be so spacious. Everything you need is on site and in a quiet area. Shops and transport links a short walk away, check out the Okonomiyaki restaurant 3 mins walk away. The man running it was very nice and we spoke over Google Translate, food was great! The Villa is a few stops away from Universal Studios which is why I booked it so ideal for anyone visiting Osaka for this reason. "

"The hotel was great. I was traveling with my husband and two kids. Rooms are big enough for 4 people. The bathroom was clean. Amenities in the hotel were good and clean, good restaurants and shops. 2 The shuttle bus service every 15 min to the Osaka station was very convenient for us. No complaints at all."
