"Great location. Easy to get anywhere with nearby Jordan station. Room is small and older but clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. Definitely good value for budget travelers. Never saw any staff but check-in was smooth and information on how to contact is provided. I personally liked that I never saw anyone because it felt private and a nice break from the busyness of the city. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lady at front desk was very helpful.but evening male staff were grumpy. It made you felt that you were bothering them when you asked questions. Met a very polite cleaning staff in elevator and thanked us visiting and they could have a job. Unbelievable and humble me. Hotel shows its age but the location of the property with great shopping and transportation "
