"A great hotel and lovely room. The free sweets bar was also a welcome surprise too! The morning breakfast in café football was also excellent with a great menu choice, fast service and great food. I was attending a conference at Old Trafford so the location was perfect for me. There was also a very nice Quay area just over the bridge with a great choice of restaurants for evening meal selection. Recommended, I would stay here again in the future"

"The room was exactly how described and was suitable for our 2 night stay, being walkable to Old Trafford. Biggest let down was the fact that there was no fridge in the room, air conditioning wpuld switch itself off leaving us in a hot room during the night, and breakfast was over cooked both mornings (leaving my 6 year old to vomit due to how dry the hashbrowns were after being so overcooked). The lady on reception was fantastic and extremely accommodating during our stay - had issues entering...

"Staff was understandably good as had a slight problem with the booking on arrival, which was dealt with in favour. Room was clean, buffet breakfast which served it’s purpose, was good for short stay and what we needed. The location was excellent for Tram stop with pub and McDonald’s across the road. Visited IWM and Corrie experience and marathon weekend within easy walkable distances. Overall satisfactory."

"Check in was good, no drama. The evening meal was absolutely fantastic and well priced. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Staff were courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay again - the hotel was right in the city centre and was close to the places we wanted to get to. My only negative was the room was a little tired regarding the decor, but apart from that bed was ultra comfy, shower was amazing! Will definitely miss that. But if the room had a fresh lick of paint it would...

"In Manchester for one night for a concert, the area down by the water was beautiful and the hotel had everything we needed. Comfy bed, good price, right near transit station, and staff was super accommodating and welcoming."
