"The building fairly new with good amenities.
Upon arrival found few minor issues with the room which was sorted out by the staff they were very courteous
They attended to all my requests during my stay of 11 days
There is shops and restaurants on your doorsteps.
I will recommend this property to all my friends
Only downside is if your inside during the daytime there is building work next door which can be disturbing "

"O apartamento possui uma localização excelente, com fácil acesso a padarias, restaurantes, mini mercados e metrô, sendo possível ir caminhando até a Avenida Paulista com muita tranquilidade.
No entanto, há pontos importantes a melhorar:
- Acesso: O sistema de entrada e saída do prédio depende sempre de autorização, o que torna o processo burocrático e pouco prático. A implementação de um cadastro facial ajudaria muito na autonomia do hóspede.
Comodidades: O secador de cabelo não tem potência...
