"We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna for three nights and had a really lovely experience. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The breakfast was fabulous and definitely one of the highlights for us. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at a window table — it was a great way to start the day. The location...

"Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. The tram stop is very close and the metro is a short walk. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Street was also very quiet at night, great for a good night’s sleep."

"Great location, right near Karlsplatz and the Nachtmarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. In our time there we were treated to two one-hour concerts by world renowned artists (free). There was free coffee tea and cake for several hours in the afternoon and because we were there on Christmas Day we received a music CD of Beethoven’s music played by the concert artists. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. It was very clean and welcoming."
