Small hotel with just 9 rooms at a great location. We walked everywhere (Nightmarket and Mt.Phousi) eventhough it is bit more than the stated few minutes. "

"The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger. Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet. I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim...

"Propreté qui laisse à désirer. Nous avons dû leurs dire de revenir faire le ménage. Puis finalement nous avons demandé de changer de chambre car trop bruyante, lavabo bouché, cheveux qui trainent dans la baignoire et miroire pas nettoyé. Le lit et coussins sont dur. La climatisation bruyante."

The building might be a little older, but it is kept in wonderful condition. I love this guest house. Furthermore it is so close to the markets."
