"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Catalonia Puerta del Sol! The reception people were always kind and friendly. We felt very comfortable at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location of the hotel too, everything was walkable from the hotel. We especially liked the bartender, Belen, in the hotel bar. She was so fun and sweet! Do yourself a favor and book your stay asap!"

"This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2-bed apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor with the most amazing views over Gran Via. Well equipped, lots of space, 2 lifts and stairs depending on your preference. The rooftop bar is a must visit. The staff were so helpful and we are able to leave our luggage on arrival day before check-in which was great. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend! "
