"The staff was lovely, the hostel is extremely well located in the centre, making it the perfect location to stay in if you need to catch a bus or get a train. The only two things I struggled with were the shower pressure, which led to longer periods in the shower, and the dust around the bed (pod) which made me sneeze during the night/cough. Other than that, couldn’t be happier. For the price, it’s an amazing place to stay! There’s a strong chance I’ll be back. "

"The room was a great size. Everywhere was spotless & clean. The breakfast was excellent as had choice of the usual hot items & continental choice too. The location was good as it was quiet & near the docks. So a great area to walk around in. Would definitely book here again if staying in Swansea as excellent value. Special shout out to the reception staff who couldn’t do enough for you & do friendly. This makes a difference when you’re travelling solo. "

"Checked in slightly early and was no problem. I was also told I could use the pool faculties and so glad I did, beautiful pool and relaxing beds to read a book or chill afterwards. Bedroom very spacious and so quiet, this to me is very important as started work early the following day. Couldn’t make breakfast as left at 5am so they really kindly offered me a packed lunch, I stay away most weeks and have never been offered this before. "Very clean, nicely presented. Everything we needed including washer for messy children. Lots of space, good that there is shower room upstairs and bathroom downstairs, as a family of five. Location was excellent for family celebration, also so convenient for supermarkets. Thank you. "

"This is a very well presented, clean, comfortable and roomy property. Comfy bed, good size TV and great shower too. Big supermarkets are only about 1.5 miles away and a restaurant very close by. Parking is right outside. The host had put the heating and lights on for my arrival which was great. Also a selection of tea and coffee was available too. Would recommend."
